As some of you know I have had some major health stuff go on lately. I appreciate everyone's patience with me. For the foreseeable future I will be working at a very part time basis. One weekday, one weeknight, and one weekend day per week at most. With limited availability and a lot of clients...
Please notify me ASAP if you are unable to make an appointment. If you have to reschedule it is likely, I will not be able to get you back in for several weeks, so please plan your appointment into your calendar. And it is always suggested to preschedule. I will not be taking many last-minute appointments with such a tight schedule and long cancellation lists, so please plan ahead.
If you do not notify me that you are unable to make an appointment and just do not show up, you will be required to pay (in full) for that service in order to reschedule.

If you have questions or need to alter your appointment, please let me know prior to your appointment. Also, with the price change I do understand if you need to cancel, just please let me know prior to your appointment. Since I am not moving all appointments will be at the same location in Downtown OP.
Our front door is usually locked since we do not have a receptionist. Please wait outside or in your car and wait to be prompted to come inside.
If you are running more than 5 minutes late please let me know. I may have to decrease your service time or reschedule you depending on the length of the service. I have to be able to have proper cleaning time in between each client.
If you are ill or showing any signs of illness (including sniffles), please reschedule your appointment. I will deny services for any signs of illness!!!!!!! Please don't knowingly get me or my other clients sick!!!!
If you are showing any signs of open wounds on your face (cold sores, blisters around nose, sores on face or neck) please reschedule. I cannot work on compromised skin and will have to deny service. There cannot be any remaining signs of skin issue to include redness, dry skin or any irritation. If you have had any procedures on your face neck or decollete please wait until completely healed.
Please know that use of retinoid, AHA, BHA and certain medications can affect what treatments I am able to do on you. Any skin thinning products listed above need to be stopped at least 7 days prior to any facial waxing. If you receive Botox injections on your face you must wait 3 weeks before I can do a treatment on you, including facial waxing.
I am a mother, wife and daughter to some amazing and busy people. I am in charge of my household with a husband who works a very busy and stressful job during a crazy time. I am also fighting some medical issues which affect my body and am dealing with medication additions and adjustments. Because of this there is always a possibility I will have to reschedule your appointment if something goes array. I am a family first woman trying to juggle health, home and job. Please give me a little grace in this as I will always give you grace in your need to cancel or reschedule.
